Please follow the steps below:

1. Download the Upload Rebate Claim Template and fill it out with the relevant information.

2. Upload your file by browsing your computer or dragging and dropping it to the upload box. You may only upload one file at a time.

3. We will run a verification to check for any errors and you may make any necessary changes or proceed to submit the claim. We will save your last uploaded file if you leave before submitting. You may continue with that file or start over with a new one at anytime.
