Fleetguard Releases Advanced Product Line of Extended Service Interval Filters for CAT® High-Horsepower Equipment

NASHVILLE, Tenn., February 26, 2025 – Fleetguard, a brand of Atmus Filtration Technologies and the leading brand in advanced filtration solutions, today announced the launch of its extended service interval (ESI) filtration product offering for CAT high-horsepower (HHP) equipment used in many industries, including mining and construction. These filters use Atmus’ NanoNet® media to help extend filter service intervals for more than 1,000 hours when coupled with appropriate extended service maintenance practices and protocols.

Fleetguard filters with NanoNet media provide 4.7x greater protection of fuel injection equipment under real-world conditions compared to conventional media. Additionally, Fleetguard fuel/water separators offer up to 95% water removal — significantly higher than leading competitors.
